Science and Resilience

Our science afternoon the other week was enjoyed by both Parents and Pupils. A booklet has been created for for Parents and Pupils to try different experiments at home, using everyday kitchen supplies. Along with the experiments to try, is a list of local science places of interest you may wish to visit.

There are also documents below regarding Resilience, which were used on the day.

Family Day 2018

On Thursday 12th April 2018, we had a family day, where Parents, Carers and Grandparents could come into Glenmere and take part in different activities with their children. Activities included ICT, art, a treasure hunt and dance…as well as a ‘challenge’ activity! It was a great day and everyone enjoyed themselves.

African Day 2018

Year 5 children had an amazing African Day. They created African birds out of plastic bottles which they then painted, learned an African dance as well as learning how to play African drums. The children really enjoyed the day.
