I am delighted to welcome you to the Glenmere Community Primary School website. We are a busy but friendly school, with lots happening each term. I hope our website gives you a flavour of life at the school, a sense of what we value for our children, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
At Glenmere we appreciate the importance of your child’s formative years at school and strive to create a setting that is warm, welcoming and supportive whilst challenging children to become independent life-long learners.
We look forward to meeting you.
Headteacher: Mrs Samantha Conlon
Year 4 have shown how fabulous they are at Spanish again this week, by writing sentences in Spanish using the word 'vivo' (I live) when talking about dwellings most commonly used in the Stone, Bronze and Iron Age. They were conversing skilfully and their writing was excellent. https://t.co/Cf1KgyaFK6

In RSE in Reception this week, we have learnt about privacy and being naked. We used the dolls to role-play and had a mature discussion about what naked means when it is appropriate for us to wear clothes and when we might be naked, like when we get undressed to have a wash. https://t.co/4bZbyo8GfS
Thank you to all the Reception parents for your donations for our minibeast hotel! The children have loved planning and creating it and we can't wait to see if any minibeasts arrive over the weekend! https://t.co/7LdzSVtzLm
